Preparation Checklist for Your Cloud Operation

1. A public IP address

2. A firewall to map the public IP to the internal IP address and VLAN

3. Open ports:

   Port(s)	Purpose

   123	Time sync (NTP)
   443	Secure connection (HTTPS)
   2222	Support access
   2474, 2616, 2617	Access
   2633, 2634	Secure RPC calls
   3000, 3001, 4001, 4002, 4124, 5030	Interhost sync
   8443, 8883, 9869	VNC console
   29876	Secure VNC terminal

   These ports apply when NavEngine runs in your cluster.

4. DNS names mapped to your public IP:

   • Admin portal (e.g. admin.company.com)
   • User portal (e.g. portal.company.com)
   • Backend / controller (e.g. controller.company.com)

5. A reverse proxy (Nginx or Traefik) to shield remote clusters from public access — required when running multiple remote clusters. Use of fail2ban is strongly advised.

6. Company name

7. Company registration number

8. VAT / tax number

9. Terms and Conditions document in PDF format (for uploading)

10. Compliance and Data Protection policy in PDF format (for uploading)

11. Data Privacy Policy in PDF format (for uploading)

12. A company introduction video in MP4 format (optional)

13. Company logo — horizontal format, 600 × 400 pixels

14. Payment gateway credentials (e.g. PayPal API key and secret)

    These are private and for your confidential use only. Keep a secure record — credentials are encrypted on our end and are not accessible to the NavEngine team.
